This site is run by HudVal Homes. It sets no cookies.

Analytics. We use PostHog to count page views and to see which booking path people choose. It runs in cookieless mode: nothing is written to your browser, no advertising identifiers are used, and browsers that send Do Not Track are not measured at all. Session replays, when enabled, mask everything you type.

Inquiries. If you send a direct inquiry, the dates, guest count, name, email, phone, and message you enter are emailed to the host through Resend, and an acknowledgement is emailed to you. That is the only place the data goes. We keep it as long as we need to answer you and manage a booking.

Booking on Airbnb. If you book through Airbnb, Airbnb’s privacy policy applies to that transaction.

Cameras. There are exterior security cameras on the property, disclosed on the listing and on this site. There are none inside.
