For scale: on 20 September 2026 the listing quoted $785 all-in for a two-night stay, 25–27 September, for one guest — that figure included Airbnb's fees and cleaning.

Cancellation
For stays booked on Airbnb, the policy shown on the listing at booking applies. On 20 September 2026 it showed a non-refundable policy for a late-September stay.
A direct-booking cancellation policy has not been published yet.
